About my treatments
I use a variety of techniques and often incorporate all of them into a treatment. Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Work, Myofascial Release, Chinese Cupping and Acupuncture are my main modalities.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain, Headaches, Sciatic Pain, Carpal Tunnel, Whiplash, TMJ Pain and Plantar Fascitis are some of the conditions I treat.
I am a certified Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist and my treatments are covered by most private health care plans. My clinic is located in Cheticamp and I also offer house visits in Inverness County.

Who is covered by Insurance
Blue Cross, Green Shield, Great West Life, Manulife & Sun Life are some of the insurance companies that cover Massage Therapy. Depending on the plan you may need a doctor referral before beginning your sessions.
I am set up for Direct Billing with Blue Cross so you don't have to deal with any paperwork.
Just to relax
I also offer Hot Stone and general relaxation massages if you are simply looking to unwind.
