Fascia is a connective sheet in our body that surrounds all muscles and organs from head to toe. Tightness in Fascia can be a major cause of limited motion and pain due to its contracture. Myofascial Release is a technique in which the therapist stretches the fascia using a slow, gentle pressure.

Muscle Specific Stretching

Stretching is very helpful for our muscles to regain normal range of motion.
Through in-depth knowledge of anatomy, a therapist is able to isolate certain muscles for a long and gentle stretch. Stretching techniques are especially effective for neck and shoulder pain.
